We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase at MistCase™.

• Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Eligibility: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Non-returnable items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used puff cartridges cannot be returned.

• Refunds: Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Exchanges: We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first.
